Return Policies
All sales are final.
Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Store credit will only be applied to parts returned in an acceptable, unaltered, and uninstalled condition. All store credits expire one year from the original order date.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the order date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned parts must be packaged with the same care as originally shipped.

The return authorization number and customer name must be printed on the outside of the box for the package to be accepted. Once a return authorization is sent to the customer, it is valid for 30 days. If the return is not received within 30 days, the customer must contact theroverspot.com for a new return authorization.

A copy of the original invoice must be included with a note describing the reason for the return.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted.
theroverspot.com is not responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, ordering, or installing parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct part is ordered and properly installed.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect all items immediately for shipping damage and confirm you received the correct part.
theroverspot.com’s liability for defective parts is limited to the value of the part only. We are not responsible for labor costs, downtime, shipping costs, or any other associated expenses.

Exchanges: We will exchange a part only after receiving the original part in acceptable, unaltered condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The replacement part will be shipped at our expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Parts: If a replacement part is available, we will send it. If a replacement is no longer needed, we will issue store credit for the part’s cost.

Gaskets: All gasket sales are final. No refunds or store credit.

Electrical Parts: Electrical parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If an electrical part becomes faulty within this period, we will exchange it for an identical replacement only. Electrical parts cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
Special Order Items: Items such as body or frame cut-off sections and wiring harnesses are non-returnable for refund or store credit.
CORE NOTICE
No core deposit is required. If the original engine or transmission is returned to theroverspot.com within 30 days, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once the new engine or transmission is installed, contact us at 818-504-2822 or info@theroverspot.com to arrange pickup. The core must be returned in its original wooden shipping crate. Failure to return the core will void the warranty.

For orders over $1,000, we require a signed invoice to be returned before processing.
